3. Why Kellyville locals choose us
We’re local. Our Bella Vista office is one stop from Kellyville on the Sydney Metro Northwest — door to door in around 10 minutes. Or a 5-minute drive via Windsor Road. We appear at Parramatta Local Court most weeks. The registrars know us, the magistrates’ preferences are familiar, and the rhythm of the list holds no surprises.
We’re small enough to care. You’ll speak to the principal solicitor on every matter — not a different paralegal each call. Most clients reach us within a business day, and we offer after-hours appointments when work or family makes business hours impossible.
We’re upfront on cost. Fixed-fee quotes wherever the matter allows. Clear written estimates on everything else. No surprise bills.
4. About the suburb we serve
Kellyville has grown into one of The Hills’ largest residential suburbs over the last twenty-five years. What was farmland and orchards on the edge of Castle Hill is now a settled, family-driven community of around 22,000 people, with newer North Kellyville estates still filling in along Hezlett Road and Memorial Avenue. The housing mix tells the story — established four- and five-bedroom homes from the 1990s and 2000s closer to Windsor Road, more recent house-and-land packages further north, and townhouse and apartment developments clustered around the Metro corridor.
The demographic is heavily family-oriented and professional. Two-income households, school-aged kids, strong school catchments (William Clarke, Kellyville High, Rouse Hill Anglican), and homes that have grown substantially in value over the last decade. That shapes the legal work we see — separation and property settlements involving real assets and superannuation, conveyancing on both established homes and new builds, wills for families with young children and a mortgage, and traffic and criminal matters that come with a busy commuter suburb.

8. Frequently asked questions
Which court will my Kellyville matter be heard at? Most Local Court matters from Kellyville — including traffic charges, AVOs, and lower-level criminal matters — are heard at Parramatta Local Court. Family law matters are usually filed in the Federal Circuit and Family Court at Parramatta. We appear at both regularly.
Do you offer fixed fees? Yes, wherever the matter allows. Conveyancing, simple wills, powers of attorney, and many traffic and some low level criminal matters are quoted as a fixed fee from the first call. For more complex matters, we give a clear written estimate before any work begins.
How much does the first consultation cost? The first call is free. Longer consultations are charged at our standard rate, which we’ll tell you about upfront.
How quickly can I get an appointment? Most clients are booked in within one to two business days. Urgent matters — bail, AVO listings, urgent parenting issues — we’ll see the same day where we can.
Can I have an after-hours or weekend appointment? Yes. We offer evening and weekend appointments by arrangement for clients who can’t make it in during business hours.
Do you offer phone or video consultations? Yes — for any matter. Many Kellyville clients prefer phone or video for the first consult and only come into the office when documents need signing.
Do you handle off-the-plan and North Kellyville new-build conveyancing? Yes. We regularly act on house-and-land packages, off-the-plan apartments, and new-build contracts across North Kellyville and the wider Hills growth area. We know the major developers active in the corridor and what to watch for in their contracts.
What if my matter isn’t in one of your five practice areas? Give us a call. If it’s not something we handle, we’ll point you toward a local solicitor who does.
